Schokoblu

The form is cut in half and emptied, the paste of the cheese is mixed with crème fraîche, dark chocolate and sweet wine Gewürztraminer and then back into shape and aged a few days. The texture is buttery and creamy, with a flavo between sweet and bitter.

Pairings

Ideal as a pre-dessert served with a toasted white bread slice with sparkling wines, sweet wines, Porto.
