Noagnlailich® mignon

The cheese is covered by mountain hay, flowers and herbs inside the barrel. The hay in the past it was used to carry the shapes without damaging them. After aging in the barrels, the cheese is wrapped in a perfumed nest of hay and packaged in the namesake linen cloth from which it takes its name. the texture is compact and friable, with aromas of cinnamon and nutmeg.
