Canestrato Saraceno

Sardinian Pecorino which is salty, sweet and tasty at the same time. Dark rind imprinted by the wicker basket in which is put to mature. Rind treated with extra virgin olive oil, paste ivory white whit scattered holes with a size like a lentil.
