Rosengarten

Orange washed-rind, straw-yellow paste and a full buttery taste are the characteristics of this cheese. It takes its name from the Mountains facing the farm in which it is produced called Learnerhof which is located at 1360m of altitude in the Nova Ponente area, in the heart of the Dolomiti.

Aromatic white wines, cooked vegetables, ideal for a healthy breakfast.
