Orange rind, straw-yellow paste and scattered holes characterise this cheese manufactured by Stefan Learner in the family farm located at an altitude of 1360m in the Nova Ponente area, in the heart of the Dolomiti. The texture is buttery and fondant, with intense aromas of creamy and melted butter.
