Cheese produced in the Gamsegghof farm which is specialized in cheese made out of raw goat, sheep and cow milk. Sheep milk cheese are extremely rare in Alto Adige. Orange rind, withe ivory paste and intense aromas of sheep and meadow grass. The texture is soft and elastic.
