Sixtus Salix

Refinement born of a collaboration between Degust and the brewery Forst. The beer Sixtus, with his strong personality and his aromatic hints of caramel and hops, goes well with the intense and persistent taste of the goat cheese. The texture is elastic and friable with aromas of bread crust and caramel.
