Kürbiskernkas BIO

This cheese is made with raw cow milk of organic origin, specifically from Stiria, an Austrian region also famous for the production of an original local pumpkin. From these pumpkin seeds produces oil and the powder that remained after the process is used to refine this cheese. The texture is buttery and elastic, with aromas of toasted dried fruits.
