The name means "small barrels" and here is why: first, the exterior of the cheese resembles that of a barrel and its curved sides, second, at the end of the curing process, the cheese appears to be dark as old staves thanks to the "Zweigelt" red wine. The texture is elastic with aromas of wine and cinnamon.
