Taleggio cheese; the name is one of the "Three Wise Men", in this refinement we have tried to bring all the flavours and tastes of Christmas. The natural fatness of the cheese is softened by the aging with the mixture of gingerbread's spicy, almonds and star anise, the result is a full and balanced flavour. The texture, soft and creamy, is typical of Taleggio cheese.
