Blue-cheese made out of cow milk selected by Neal's Yard Dairy in Great Britain. In order to receive the right to be called a Certified DOP Product, it needs to be produced exclusively in the regions of Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire. Due to its peculiar consistency, it was once used to be eaten with a spoon. Aged 6 months. With a persistent flavor and aromas of dried mushrooms.
