Silva

Washed-rind cheese aged in fir bark which comes directly from the nearby wood, property of the Steiner family. The bark is wrapped around the whole surface of the cheese and, therefore, gives pleasant aromas of resin. Moreover, as the aging process goes on, it becomes one with the cheese. The texture is soft and creamy with aromas of yogurt.
