Herbario mignon

The refinement with aromatica herbs (lovage, celery, marjoram) enriches the cheese with pleasant and intense vegetal notes. In this refinement we have tried to convey all the aromas and scents of our meadows and mountain pastures. The texture is creamy, with a persistent flavour between sweet and salty.

Excellent as an aperitif with wines like Gewürztraminer and Cabernet franc.
