Zaras

A small, red-smeared soft cheese, which is elaborately hand-packed with the finest cherry leaves. The cherry leaves enrich the cheese with a fragrant, fruity flavour and also form a natural wrapping. The texture is soft, partly creamy and delicately melting, the character is aromatic.
