Hansi & Edith
Founders, cheese lovers, and the pillars of DEGUST. For over three decades, they have dedicated themselves to South Tyrolean cheese culture with passion, precision, and a sense for the extraordinary. Hansi, a trained chef and creative mind, develops new cheese creations and ensures that each wheel can unleash its full ripening potential. Edith supports him organizationally, takes care of logistics, and accompanies guests at tastings. Today, their daughters Antonia and Marlies continue this passion.
