Wachal

The cheese is refined with "Kranewitter", a juniper distillate, and additionally covered with a powder of juniper berries, which gives it an intense aroma. The combination between the buttery, melting consistency of the cheese and the freshness of the juniper is excellent and gives the cheese pleasant traces of balsamic.
