Schokoblu

When everyday products are broken down into their individual parts and creatively combined, extremely exciting new products often emerge. Like this cheese, which is split horizontally in the middle and hollowed out. The mass is marinated with Gewürztraminer (sweet wine), mixed with crème fraîche and dark chocolate and filled back into the cheese. The taste is then as unusual as the appearance - a true harmony of flavours!
