Schafbusen

The mildly fine and aromatic cheese with the unmistakable shape of a bosom is produced according to an old tradition by the association of Weiz sheep farmers. The sheep's bosom is made from one hundred percent Austrian, GMO-free sheep's milk. The icing on the cake of Degust: the refinement with a grain of Kubeben pepper. The mild, subtle aromas of sheep's milk make this cheese a real taste delight.
