This fresh cheese is made from three types of milk (cow, sheep and goat) and undergoes a slow coagulation process. It has a thin ivory-colored surface, the paste is milky, bright white and finely textured. It‘s taste is fresh, milky and slightly acidic. It melts creamy soft on the tongue and leaves a pleasant mouthfeel.
