Robiola Occelli® Mini

A typical soft cow's milk cheese from Piedmont. Already the Roman historian Pliny the Elder reported in his "Naturalis historia" about a "rubeola", which was produced in Monregalese and then sold on the market in Ceva.  Beppino Occelli recreated the ancient recipe.
