La Tur

This is a fresh „three milk“ cheese (cow, sheep and goat milk). 
The small cylindrical shape is covered with a wrinkled surface of white yeast called milk mould. This soft, moist rind, as a delicious part of the cheese, is completely edible. 
Unlike typical Brie, it has a somewhat earthy, yeasty flavour that is made a little more tart by the goat's milk.
