Kümmelkas

Caraway is a widely used spice in South Tyrolean cuisine, often used in bread and meat dishes, but less often in cheese. The Kümmelkas with medium-firm texture has a vivid perforation; the caraway aroma is refreshed by the acidity and combines ideally with the buttery notes.
