A product that combines tradition with innovation. The pear powder was often used in South Tyrolean cuisine as a sugar substitute and in combination with dairy products. The flavours of the pear harmonise wonderfully with the creamy notes of the Camembert. During refinement, the cheese is sprayed with a pear distillate and then covered with the "Kloaznpulver ".
