Esculentus

In the past, the tiger nut was often used as a coffee substitute in the Tyrolean region and in Vienna, which gave rise to the idea of a cheese creation with this special ingredient. The basic cheese with a special microflora has the shape of a cobblestone. He is filled with a tiger nut cream, which gives it notes of roasted nuts and coffee.  The quintessence: a pleasant mouthfeel and a complex flavour profile.
