Dolcissimo

Degust's ambitious goal is to keep trying out new cheese creations and thus bring refined specialities to the market. This cheese is split horizontally in the middle and hollowed out. This mass is marinated with Passito of Gewürztraminer, mixed with crème fraîche and then filled back into the hollowed-out cheese mould. The aroma of this vividly marbled cheese has facets ranging from sweet, subtly salty to nobly tart. The bouquet ranges from vanilla, floral to undergrowth.
