Caciocavallo di Nucci

Di Nucci is a family business that has been producing a variety of artisan cheeses for generations. A special product is this straw-coloured caciocavallo made from raw cow's milk, which embodies the long tradition of so-called kneaded cheese (pasta filata) and therefore also bears the name suffix ‘P.A.T.’ (prodotto agroalimentare tradizionale - traditional agricultural food).
