Burratina

The burratine are only produced in 125g portions and are a perfect snack for any event or occasion. This cheese is also a dream in combination with fresh or processed vegetables such as pickled tomatoes or aubergine. Burrata and burratine are produced like mozzarella, but filled inside with cream and mozzarella strands, giving the cheese a very soft, creamy, and sometimes liquid consistency.
