Briestange

The Brie bar is produced in Vorarlberg in the cheese dairy "Bantel". The special feature of this cheese is the rectangular stick shape covered by a uniform white mold flora. The texture is soft and creamy, the taste is between sweet and salty with an aroma of fresh cream, butter and white mushrooms.
