Inspirations for a refinement are of manifold nature - here it springs from a plum cake. Blue cheeses have an intense aromatic profile and harmonise particularly well with dried fruits. In this refinement, the intention was to complement and harmoniously balance the intensity and savoury taste of blue cheese with fruity flavours.
