A farmer's cheese produced by the young cheesemaker Stefan Köhl at an altitude of 1,360 metres in Deutschnofen in the Dolomites. Characteristic for this product is the straw-yellow dough with vibrant cheese holes and medium-firm texture and the buttery taste with fine nuances of milk, fresh butter and yeast.
