Termensis

The cheese is gently massaged with Gewürztraminer wine and sprinkled with some petals rose that recall the characteristic aromas of the wine. The name comes from the village of Tramin, South Tyrol area where many wines are produced and from which we take the wine we use for aging. The texture is soft and creamy.
