Husumer BIO
The name of the cheese comes from the city of Hassum, situated in the Frisia region (Northern Germany) and home to the Backensholz cheese-factory that makes all of its cheeses following the Organic standards of production and cures them in cellars that are excavated under the dims of the region which is characterized by a high level of humidity. The texture is soft and creamy, with aromas of nutmeg and a sweet flavor.
